Starting Fresh in Ireland

So I've been wanting to start a blog for some time now. . . and finally found some time while travelling.
I've been in Ireland for 5 days now.  Started in Dublin, beautiful old town with a pub on every corner.  Then headed across the island to Galway to catch a local rugby game - Connacht vs. Cardiff.  Pints of Guinness were everywhere.  If you want to see the local irish in their element, go to a rugby game.  Unfortunately the home team - Connacht -  lost, but that didn't damper their spirits.  I was lucky enough to stand next to Gavin Duffy's mum at the match.  Gavin plays fullback (#15) for Connacht and supposedly is getting some exposure with the national team.
Anyways, next stop was Killrush, where I stayed in a cute B&B called Crotty's Pub.  Very old school, loved it right from the old light fixtures to the friendly staff.  Right now I'm in Dingle, Ireland - a small town on the west coast of ireland.  Staying a few days here and heading around the south coast back to Dublin.  Any suggestions on places to see along the way?  Blarney stone, something in Cork or Kilkenny, Wexford, Waterford???
